Sweepstakes Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or win. To enter, go to
www.njeliteentertainment.com, and complete and submit the registration form as
instructed. Sweepstakes begins November 1, 2008. A minimum of ten entries must be
received by 11:59 p.m. E.S.T. on January 30, 2009 for the drawing to take place as
scheduled otherwise the selection of winner will be postponed to a later date.
Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder
of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. "Authorized account
holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an
Internet access provider, online service provider or organization (e.g.,
business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning
e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of New Jersey at least 18 years of age,
except employees of New Jersey Elite Entertainment (N and G Alliance LLC), their
advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate families of the
foregoing employees.
SELECTION OF WINNER: Total number of eligible entries received determines
odds of winning. From all eligible entries received, Jersey Elite Entertainment
(N and G Alliance LLC) will randomly select one (1) grand prize winner on or
about February 15, 2009. Winner will be notified by electronic mail on or about
February
15, 2009. Winner notified by electronic mail, must reply with all contact
information requested in the notification within five (5) days from the date
notification was sent, or an alternate winner may be selected.
PRIZE: One (1) grand prize winner will receive (1) $50 Gift Certificate
to one of the establishment selected by New Jersey Elite Entertainment (N and G
Alliance LLC). All other expenses and all federal, state and local taxes are
winners' sole responsibility. No transfer or substitution of prizes except at
New Jersey Elite Entertainment (N and G Alliance LLC)'s sole discretion. Grand
prize winner may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility/publicity
and liability release to be returned within ten (10) days of notification, or an
alternate winner will be selected.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/RESERVED RIGHTS. Neither New Jersey Elite
Entertainment (N and G Alliance LLC)/Sponsors nor their parent, subsidiary or
affiliate companies, nor their promotional agencies shall have any obligation or
responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or
do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that
are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not
received by the intended recipient, in whole or in part, due to computer or
technical error of any kind, (iii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software,
network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or (iv)
any damages or losses of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from
acceptance, possession or use of any prize. New Jersey Elite Entertainment (N
and G Alliance LLC)/ Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to
disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the
Web Site or otherwise violating these rules. New Jersey Elite Entertainment (N
and G Alliance LLC)/Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or
modify this Sweepstakes if this Sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned
because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized
intervention or technical failures of any sort.
MISCELLANEOUS. Winner’s name, city, and state is most likely to be posted
in New Jersey's Elite Entertainment Guide or on the Web Site. Sweepstakes is
subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations; void where
prohibited or restricted by law.
