Pineapple Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
• 1 whole pineapple (cubed)
• 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
• 1/2 cup sherry vinegar
• 1 shallot
• 1/4 cup honey (Clover)
• 2 sprigs tarragon

Add all ingredients to cuisinart - Blend. Drizzle 1 pint of olive oil until blended. Add to greens and enjoy!
